Biography Lester Bird Lee

Lester is a self-taught watercolor artist born and raised in Mesquite, Nevada. Lester has a BFA from USU, and an MA from BYU.  Now a resident of Bountiful, Utah, Lester teaches high school and evening adult classes, paints scenery for local theater companies, illustrates books covers, and works along side his children in his backyard studio.  Lester has been featured in calendars, won national art awards, and paints and sells more than one hundred and fifty watercolor paintings a year.  Lester has made several prints, one of which has sold over one million copies.
